Towards technological learning..

The use and traffic of virtual environments enabled by Virtual Reality (VR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) programs are increasing day by day. It is predicted that in these environments, primarily the education, trade, service and entertainment sectors will develop and this development will change consumption habits.

In addition, it is stated in the studies that one of the main goals is to support consumption with information technologies, create new products and gain great profits from these created products. The number of companies creating new products with VR and AI technologies in the virtual universe is also increasing. Facebook's recent collaboration with Ray Ban can be considered as one of the examples. This project in particular is an indication that objects are moving towards integration with human nature. In addition, studies that will make user interaction instantaneous and increase internet access speed through objects compatible with web-based applications are almost completed. It is said that the access speed of mobile applications will increase many times within three to five years, with the fast wireless internet technology 5G and 6G starting to operate. It is thought that interaction will accelerate with instant touches on the device screens and mutual commands. In this context, it is inevitable that information and data will become material and strategic value as sharing in virtual environments will increase. Therefore, it can be thought that information and data have become a commodity. By intensively using virtual reality, augmented reality and artificial intelligence technologies, different new scenarios, ecosystems and new applications have begun to be created and used in social media, in many sectoral areas, including the transfer of knowledge for learning to business environments and education fields with the support of information technology.

Due to the increase in the number of mobile devices such as mobile phones and tablets, people's mobility on networks has also increased. Mobile devices have become a part of people's daily routines. With the use of internet-based applications, boundaries on the net are being removed and user mobility is increasing day by day. Mobile applications have now become a part of daily life and the diversity in applications has intensified.

Globally, new VR and AI-supported products and trials are being carried out every day in the virtual environment by international technology companies. In this context, the Facebook and Ray Ban collaboration announced about a month ago can be a good example. A launch was made under the name "Ray Ban Story" and the process was started with the brand's most popular iconic glasses. In the project, integration with Facebook applications was made and put into use with the Smart Glasses concept.

APPLICATION; It is made with "smart" sunglasses technology that users can easily purchase. With smart glasses, learning processes, information and content sharing, and interaction in the virtual environment are accelerated and made easier. Thanks to a pair of sunglasses that have the ability to record sound, image, listen to music, take videos and photos, a suitable environment has been created for sharing content by integrating instant events into Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. This information can be shared and interacted with millions of users. Of course, certain economic returns and related expectations of the providers investing in this environment have been planned.

These and similar technological projects will accelerate the processes towards technological learning, unlike formal and traditional learning. It is known that social media already provides users with a "self-learning" process. Especially in shared stories and short videos, all users can experience self-learning processes while interacting with each other.

In the new order, where mobility will increase and borders will disappear with the opportunities provided by information technology, Technological Learning; It can increase the value of theoretical knowledge and practical application of the learner.
